Restoration
Damage happened and the dry-out is done
- Mitigation first. We don’t do extraction or drying. We coordinate with your mitigation company or refer one we trust.
- Xactimate scope. A line-item estimate in the software your carrier already uses.
- Adjuster coordination. We reconcile the scope and handle supplements for hidden damage.
- Rebuild, and upgrade if you want. Insurance covers like-kind. Want quartz instead of laminate? You pay only the difference.

After discovering a water leak under the slab, we contacted Jose for an estimate. He provided a thorough proposal and scheduled the work. Oscar and Rodney were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional through every phase, from repairs to replacing cabinets, flooring, and painting. Communication through the three-month project was very good. I would recommend Ready 2 Renovate to anyone needing their services.

Questions
Straight answers
Do you take remodeling jobs without an insurance claim?
Yes. Kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations are half of what we do, and they get the same crew and attention as our insurance work.
Do you help with design and material selections?
Yes. We help you work out the layout and choose cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, and fixtures, and we keep your selections organized so nothing gets missed.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
Depends on the scope and material lead times. Typical kitchens and bathrooms will depend on scope and material lead times. In example, if selected tile for bathroom is in stock, depending on scope, the bathroom can take 2-4 weeks to completion. Cabinetry and countertops will range the most due to almost all are special order items that can take weeks to receive. There are certain options that are available to speed up most renovations or repairs. Turnaround times can also be lowered if all material and/or materials orders are received or ready for install.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We write estimates in Xactimate, meet with your adjuster, and submit supplements when hidden damage turns up during the rebuild.
Do you do water extraction or drying?
No. On the restoration side we focus on reconstruction. If you still need mitigation, we’ll coordinate with your company or recommend one we trust, then take over once everything is dry.
Can I upgrade materials while you’re rebuilding?
Absolutely. Insurance pays for like-kind replacement, and you cover only the difference for upgrades like better cabinets, countertops, or flooring.
Do I have to use the contractor my insurer suggests?
In most cases you can choose your own contractor, though some Florida policies include a managed repair option. We’re happy to help you understand what yours says.
