Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate or contact us through our website, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- Whether you are a homeowner, adjuster, mitigation company or property manager
- Your project type, whether there is an open insurance claim, and any project details you choose to share
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our site security tools also record IP addresses of failed login attempts to protect the site from attacks.
How we use your information

- To keep our website secure and working properly
- To meet legal, licensing and insurance record-keeping requirements
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by others.
When we share information
We share your information only when needed to do the work you asked for or when the law requires it, for example:
- With your insurance company or adjuster, if you tell us there is a claim and ask us to work with them
- With subcontractors or suppliers who need your address or project details to complete your job
- With service providers that run our website and email, such as our web host
- When required by law, a court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others

Our website uses a few outside services that may receive your IP address or set their own cookies when you visit:
- Google Maps, which shows our service area map

- Google reviews, if you click through to read or leave a review
These companies handle data under their own privacy policies. We do not currently use advertising trackers on our website.
Cookies

How long we keep your information
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet legal, licensing and insurance requirements. Then we delete or securely dispose of them.
How we protect your information
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
